Unit is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, towels, linens as well as small appliances. It only requires guests to bring their tooth brush. Three televisions and a music system is available for your enjoyment. The lobby floor consist of a club house, library with free WIFI provided by association, and a full time resident manager to handle any problems. Oceanside is a large pool deck area with a variety of chairs, tables and lounges for sun bathing or relax under a beach umbrella. Take a dip in the beautiful fresh water pool. Play shuffle board or enjoy the his/her sauna located by the pool. Access the beach directly from the pool deck for a quick swim in the ocean or collect shells while walking on the beach at sunrise.In house, We have very high security with CCTV and full time property manager to address your concerns. The private access to the Beach is from the Pool Deck area.
There is a drug store-Walgreen, Super Market-Publix and Bank Of America across the street. Within walking distance are some great places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For those who love a good game of golf. Just across the street is a Golf Course open to the public for your convenience. We are located on the 4th floor which is far enough away from the traffic noise but not too high for those that are uncomfortable in a high rise building. The building has just completed a major renovation inside and out.
During your free time, drive south to visit the historic light house at Ponce Inlet where the river merges into the ocean, or drive west one hour to visit numerous Disney,Seaworld and Universal theme parks. Take a beautiful ocean drive just 1 1/2 hours north along A1A to historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in Florida. Stop along the way for breakfast or lunch watch the seagulls play along the shore. There are plenty of things to do along the world famous Daytona Beach with activities ranging from surfing, fishing, or sky diving adventures. Visit the Boardwalk, Arcade or spend a afternoon at the movies. Perhaps consider visiting Volusia mall or largest Flea market of Daytona for a bargain. Spend an afternoon at the Daytona International Speedway to observe racing events or visit the cruise ports that offer gambling cruises.

Living room has queen size sleeper sofa for weekend guest, A crouton couch is also available for sleeping in addition to two beds in guest room. Nice club house and Full size libraray with game room and free wiFI. There is a PC in condo and can be connected with cell phone acting as a hot spot to get the internet. All guest who have unlimited subscription of data on their cell phone with hot spot cpability and 4G lite access can used this provision to get WIFI in the unit # 401. The parking is underground and is right opposite to the entrance. Minimum rental requirement is 90 days imposed by association.
