There are plenty of things to do along the world famous Daytona Beach with activities ranging from surfing, fishing, or sky diving adventures. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room to accomodate additional two people. Pets, Tractor Trailors and smoking are not allowed in condo during stay. There are three ramp- stair cases down to the beach on either side of the complex. The area is ideal for family vacation who prefers private and secluded beach that is not crowded. The assigned carport space for regular vehicle marked # 204 across the elevator. Enough unmarked parking space are available. The pool is heated during certain temperature range. Small club house. Enough sigtseeing around within 1 hour. Orlando Theme parks are one hour drive on I-4. Good eating places near Granda Avenue with giant Publix super market nearby. the water hoses are provided to wash off the sands coming from the beach.
