2020 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with Spectacular Oceanviews.

Our condo is over 2000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious. The master bed is a king size, and the spare bed is a queen size. Both mattresses are brand new, and extremely comfortable. There is also a pull out sofa queen bed in the living room. 

The master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas all have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and its priceless Mexican sunsets. The balcony is over 400 square feet and will accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The balcony has a huge dinner table, a couch, and lounge chairs for you to take in the sun rays in privacy. Please take the time to sit out on the balcony for meals and will be so happy you did. 

The decor in our condo is the nicest in Las Palomas. We traveled all over the state of Sonora, Mexico, for the most rustic, old-world furnishings, which will be sure to please your eye and make you feel relaxed. All of the furniture in our condo was hand crafted by local wood carvers in the city of Puerto Penasco. You will find that the furniture is full of life, full of charm, and extremely comfortable. 

We have flat screen televisions and blue-ray players in every room. All the televisions are hooked up to Netflix as well, so that you can enjoy Netflix movies on us! We have a sound system for you to enjoy your music from all of your Bluetooth devices. We also have a closet full of books and games for you and your family to enjoy. This is the most updated, state of the art condo in all of Las Palomas, and you will be sooooo happy you picked Cabrillo 706!!!

WARNING: If you find another condo for less for the same type of unit, i.e., 2 BR vs. 2 BR, please be aware that you might be renting from a what is called a 'rogue' renter which not permitted at the resort, but it does happen far too often. 

The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them. The rogue renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, and they are checking more now than ever before, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted...not a nice way to spend your vacation, always looking over your shoulder. So, if you find something for less as in the above example, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort at 866-360-2324, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling. Our unit is Cabrillo 706. If it's not in the rental pool, we recommend you keeping looking.

Enough said...sorry this has become an issue, but we owners are trying to maintain the 4 star quality of the resort and we can't do that effectively when rogue renters are renting poor quality units, then their guests complain, which in turn hurts our 4 star ratings.
