Tigh Mo Mhiann is the former blacksmith's cottage at Roybridge. It is close to the railway stop in a wooded part of the village, a short walk from the River Spean.
It was built some time in the 1800s and has been upgraded with a modern kitchen and bathroom, with electric and solid fuel stove heating.
There are two bedrooms upstairs: a double and a bunk room and there is a double sofa-bed in the sitting room.
It is an opportunity for a rare kind of holiday: Scottish Highlands without a car! The sleeper from london and 4 other passenger trains daily stop just a two minute walk from the cottage. The trains and the local bus can also take you in and out of Fort William.
Popular activities in the area include:
Skiing and downhill biking at Nevis Range (8 miles)
Hill walking and climbing
Distillery and castle visits

We show weekly rates here. Please ignore the nightly rates! We welcome short stays. Please note that short stay rates are higher per night than full weeks. The formula to calculate short stay prices is complex because weekend nights are charged higher than weeday nights and the rate per night gets higher with shorter stays. On our own website - scotland-cottage.com, we have a short stay calculator which shows the accurate price for any duration of stay.
